Natalie d’Entremont

Graduating from Dalhousie University in 2015, Natalie received instruction from premier practitioners from coast-to-coast on the latest evidence-based rehabilitation methods and manual therapies. Natalie uses a variety of hands-on therapeutic techniques including soft-tissue techniques, and manual joint mobilizations. She is also trained in dry needling, including both intramuscular stimulation (IMS) and anatomical acupuncture.

Natalie also has a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from Acadia University. She has since pursued advanced training in exercise rehabilitation and fundamental core activation through the Prague School of Rehabilitation and Manual Medicine, with applications and modifications to weightlifting, and traditional yoga that address muscle imbalances, discomfort, and athletic performance.

Natalie believes that your own knowledge is key in your success. She will take time to help you understand what your body is experiencing, leaving you feeling more confident in achieving your rehabilitation goals. Natalie enjoys working with individuals of all ages and of all physical capabilities.
