Why invest in a pair of orthotics?

Each foot is made up of 28 bones, 30 joints, and more than 100 muscles. The unique way these synchronize and absorb contact from the ground determines the balance and mobility of our entire lower body.
On average, we take over 2.5 million steps per year. Every step out of biomechanical alignment can cause and compound health issues.

Who can benefit from orthotics?

Anyone with joint pain in the toes, foot, ankles, knees, hips or back
People standing and working on concrete/hard surfaces
People who play sports regularly
People with diabetes
People with foot problems such as bunions, corns, fallen arches, etc.
People with bow-legs or knock-knees
People who suffer from sore feet on a regular basis
People showing signs of inherited foot problems

Assessments

Assessments will be booked with one of our physiotherapist and include a complete history of of your condition, previous orthotics use, a 3D digital scan of your foot using LIDAR technology, biomechanical assessment and picking which style of orthotic is best for your lifestyle.
The orthotics will arrive in 1-2 weeks.

Insurance & Cost

Most insurance companies will cover custom orthotics with a prescription from a physician, which can be obtained easily via virtual appointment!
Most plans don’t allow direct billing for this, so payment will be collected upfront.
All insurance plans are different, so we recommend that you check the requirements for your specific plan.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of your appointment so that we can order your Custom Orthotics.
The total cost for Custom Orthotics is $450.
